Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Spring Water Filtered water
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup Organic Honey
  • 1/2 Tsp Celtic Sea Salt 60 natural trace minerals
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice Freshly Pressed
  • 1/4 Cup Lime Juice Freshly Pressed
  • 1/4 Cup Cucumber Sliced (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher, combine the water, honey or maple syrup, sea salt, lemon juice, and lime juice.
  • Stir until well incorporated and sweetener is disolved.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or tartness as needed by adding more honey/syrup or citrus juice.
  • Optional, add in sliced cucumbers, mint leaves, or other fruits for extra flavor.
  • Chill the homemade Gatorade in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
  • Pour over ice and enjoy this refreshing drink before, during, or after your workout.
