Healthy Brisket Tacos

2 lbs grass-fed brisket
1 jar salsa verde
Shredded Cotija cheese
Organic whole grain spelt tortillas
Optional toppings: avocado, salsa verde, sour cream, red onion, cilantro, lime, cabbage

Put brisket taco meat in a toxin-free ceramic crock pot on medium for 6-8 hours with a 1/4 cup of water and 1/3 jar of green salsa verde (cook until brisket meat is easy to pull apart with a fork). Once brisket meat is done, shred and put in gluten free taco shells, pita bread or put on bed of spinach and top with cheese and salsa and any other desired toppings! Serve and enjoy, knowing you are making healthy meals for you and your family.
